- We need to issue a RMA# before you return your order (call 1-800-888-8888).
- We have a 30 day return policy, any item that is undamaged and returned to our offices within the specified time
 will be accepted and your money can be refunded .
- The customer is responsible for re-packaging, and sending the box with the RMA carefully marked.
- There is a 15% inspection fee of the order amount.
ORDERING INFORMATION
Once the order has been procesed before 12 pm pacific standard time, it will ship on the same day. We accept VISA and Mastercard, Bank Deposits, and PayPal transfer payments. We have the right to refuse any ordersplaced. If your order an item that is out of stock it will ship the day we re-stock it. Most orders ship intermediately and the delivery time is 1 - 7 working days via FED-EX and UPS depending on the service you choose.
